REFUND POLICY

This event follows the standard industry policy: All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Due to the high costs and risks involved with planning and organizing Sky Lantern Festivals Lyte Festival does NOT offer refunds for tickets purchased on our website or through a ticket partner.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances. We reserve the right to change the details of the event without prior notice. I understand that my purchase is nonrefundable.

Refunds are NOT given if you change your mind or can’t attend after all.

While Lyte Festival does NOT offer refunds; If a customer cannot attend the event, the tickets can be transferred to another person, held for use at the next year’s event, or sold through an approved Ticket Exchange Program.

Tickets can only be sold through a Lyte Festival approved exchange. Reselling tickets any other way is not allowed. Please contact us to locate an approved exchange.

If you do not want to agree to our no refund policy, DO NOT purchase tickets to our festival.
